I placed an order, when it will be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 days manufacturing and preparation time for your order to be dispatched.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer FREE shipping. Shipping can take 5-30 business days. It depends on a country. While most packages arrive on time, our carrier may as well experience situations or circumstances that could possibly cause delay.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charge on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. Eva's Decor has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will get a tracking number (in 2-4 days).This gives you live updates about your order locations. You will also receive E-mail updates. It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

Sometimes we ship from different our partnered factories. We have one in Europe and one in Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order within 24 hours and item is not shipped, you’ll receive your refund immediately. Just send us an email with “CANCEL” in the subject line.

What if I want to return an item? 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and available for resale if undamaged. You will be responsible for return shipping back to us. For full return policy please see our Refunds page.
